The New Forest is an area of southern England which includes the largest remaining
tracts of unenclosed pasture land, heath land and forest situated in the south
east of England
This unique landscape has been shaped over the centuries by grazing ponies, deer, 
cattle and pigs which roam freely throughout the pasture land, and woodlands.

After studying these beautiful horses of the New Forest, I was inspired to paint the following oil on canvas.
